Website, memberships or video store issues/complaints should be directed to knight@dfwknight.com
Each matter will be reviewed, resolved and acted up within 7 business days.
Each issue/complaint and their decision or resolution can be appeal within 8 hours.
Each issue/complaint that concerns content that is deemed to be infringing, illegal, abusive or inappropriate will be removed from the website.
Each issues/complaints depicting any model, actor or legal participate can be appealed for removal.

Should there be a disagreement regarding this appeal, any further complaints can be resolved by a neutral body.
