Shy Vixen told me months ago, when we first picked out dates to get together, “Just so you know, I’m not on birth control.”

I figured she’d insist on condoms, but instead, she said she WOULDN’T be ovulating, so we were in the clear.

But come the day of our date. Shy casually mentioned, “I hope everything’s cool. My cycle’s been super unpredictable lately, and I was crazy horny—probably ovulating.”

I brought up the idea of getting Plan B or something similar, but that never happened.
